Corporate Wellness Programs
AIM has developed a process and operational control for executive and corporate wellness programs. Businesses taking a proactive approach with a sound plan reduce costs and increase business productivity. AIM is sensitive to the competitive intelligence and risk management issues surrounding executive wellness programs and obligatory executive physical examinations for business continuation and succession.
Physical examinations are specific to age, sex, medical history and current medical status. Testing is confidential, discrete and thorough. Testing is complete and comprehensive with respect to Stress EKG (Treadmill) examinations, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Mammogram, Audiogram and Laboratory testing including PSA for men over age 50 (Prostate Cancer Screening), Cholesterol (LDH and HDL Lipid Panel), Glucose screening, CBC and Urinalysis.
AIM's wellness programs are developed using the specifics of your organization. The composition and delivery of the program is designed to gain maximum return to your company in cost and productivity. On-site programs will be developed to raise, increase and instill awareness in your workforce.
Drug Screening Program
AIM believes the best way to fight workplace substance abuse is through a five-point program.
- A written substance abuse policy - This written policy demonstrates a strong commitment of the employer to a workforce.
- An employee awareness program - This program of employee education and awareness focuses on the specific dangers of substance abuse.
- Supervisor training program - This program helps supervisors understand corporate policies on workplace substance abuse and how to deal with employees suspected of abusing substances.
- An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - An EAP is key for employers to assist their employees involved in substance-abuse situations.
